"Slalom (Ultimax)" is one of the classic C64 games. It's (not to be confused with the game "Olympic Skier" of the company Mr. Chip Software of 1984) also under names such as "commodore ski", "ski", "snow skiing" or "Olympic Skier" known because there is no indication on the title in the actual game.It was delivered as "Ultimax Cartridge" for the VC10.

Task of the player:
The player controls a skier through a slalom course with a time limit. Missed goals or even collisions with rocks, trees and rabbits cost penalty seconds later. Only those who have not exceeded the time limit in the target comes into the next level.Out the elapsed time from the flow is thereby taken into the next run. Every second that you stay under the time limit will be translated for the high score in the goal in extra points.

The game has 6 levels (slalom courses). Each level consists of a course with 39 goals.

 General Tips

The longer it takes traverse around for a gate to go through the next gate, the less points you get for the gate.
The optimal value for points by a roadkill goal is 900 points, the worst score is 100 points.
It is impossible to create 900 points for EVERY goal. Also, you can not make a level complete with constantly pressed fire button and all passed abzufahren gates.
It is possible to travel between two trees.
